Anyway… presenting my recent interview with Paul Ritchie. Paul leads global project management operations at SAP and runs the Crossderry blog.

The interview is structured around the following questions:

“You are running global project management operations at SAP. How is your operation organized?
How do you keep track of the projects?
What are, in your experience, the key ingredients of working virtual?
What makes working with multiple cultures/countries different from projects without diversity?”
