Proud Postings: Lap31

You know that morning when you wake up and think “What the heck am I doing with my life?”, “How did I get here?” and “What have I achieved?”
Scary stuff.
LazyMale, the blogger of Lap31, had that defining moment at his 30th birthday. So Lap31 is about him getting all reflective and stuff, and as he is a Project Manager that means he is also reflective about leadership, planning and running teams.

“Hmmmm.” I thought two weeks ago, “let me check if he has some postings he is proud of.” Yah know, I started this series, Proud Postings in which I ask several other bloggers in the Project Management arena “What are the 3 postings you are most proud of?”
It’s kind of eerie starting emails with “Dear Lazy Male”. But the result is awesome. 
“Because I feel accountability is one of the most important traits for a leader. Also, this post has been well received by all and I am proud I wrote it so passionately.”
It’s all about knowing your clients
