Looking for an excuse to try Twitter? How about getting a chance to win a free copy of “SharePoint for Project Management: How to Create a Project Management Information System (PMIS) with SharePoint“?

This week I am running a short contest on Twitter and I am giving away 5 copies of this great book by Dux Sy. As in free. As in you pay nothing to get one.

I know how you are dying to try out Twitter. But your colleagues and your mom are telling you it’s a waste of time. Forget them! Give it a spin.

Of course you can also participate when you are already using Twitter.

So, if you are new, sign up for Twitter and login. At the Twitter website enter in the big white box on top of the page (“What are you doing?”) why you need the book “SharePoint for Project Management”.

Don’t forget to start you entry with @projectshrink. This will make sure I will notice it.

    I am starting up on a new project for the Government wherein I am the Senior Consultant SME for RealProperty, Plant Maintenaceand , Equipment and Assets. Sharepoint is one of the tools I will be required to utilize (among many) and I don't have a clue as to what sharepoint is all about.

    Our IntelliGantt Add In for Microsoft Project links MS Project 2007 with WSS 3.0/MOSS 2007. There is no better way to implement Dux's SharePoint PM lessons with MS Project.

    Or you can try our 'Project Lite' desktop version (IntelliGantt V4) if you don't have MS Project.

    Sharepoint is OK as far as it goes, but I would be totally lost without the new Polarion tools (see http://www.polarion.com)
